How to view the results of a campaign?

You can view the result of a campaign by following the steps below:

1. Go to Studio website https://studio.brandedminigames.com/ and log in with your account.

Note: if you don’t have an account yet, please check this article.

2. On the top menu bar, select the “Dashboard” button to go to the campaign dashboard.

3. Find the campaign which you want to check the result and select the “Settings” button in the top right corner.

Note: you can only view the result of the campaign which has “LIVE” or “FINISHED” status.

4. A control menu will be shown, select the “Results” item to view the result of that campaign.

5. Depending on the campaign purpose, you may see different results page as below:

a. Ranking Basis campaign: 

In a Ranking Basis campaign, the results page shows a list of winners who are also the top players in the ranking list. 

In this page, you can do below actions:

• Number of Winners: change this value and select the “Submit” button to change the number of winners in the list.
• “Export to CSV” button: export the winner list to a CSV file.
• “Send Email” button: open a popup that lets you send an email to that winner’s email (Note: this button will be enabled when the winner has the email address and you have checked the right checkbox to select him).

b. Lucky Draw campaign: 

In a Lucky Draw campaign, initially, the results page doesn’t have a list of winners but you need to draw them by following below steps:

1. In the “Number of Winners” box, enter a number of winners that you want to draw, e.g. 10.

2. Then select the “Draw Winners” button and select the “OK” button in the Notice popup.

3. A list of winners will be drawn randomly from all users that join your campaign.

4. If you are ok with that list of winners, select the “Fix Winners” button to show the result to all players.
5. If not, repeat step 1-3 to draw a new winner list.

In this page, you can do below actions:

• Number of Winners: change this value to specific the number of winners that you want to draw.
• “Draw Winners” button: randomly draw a specific number of winners from all players.
• “Fix Winners” button: fix the current list of winners and show the result to all players (Note: this button is enabled after drawing the winners).
• “Export to CSV” button: export the winner list to a CSV file.
• “Send Email” button: open a popup that lets you send an email to that winner’s email (Note: this button will be enabled when the winner has the email address and you have checked the right checkbox to select him).

c. Instant Win campaign: 

In a Instant Win campaign, the results page shows:

• The reward list and their total number of rewards and number of winners currently.
• The list of winners and their user detail and the win reward.

In this page, you can do below actions:

• “Search Reward” selection and “Search” button: select a reward in “Search Reward” selection and select the “Search” button to list all the winners that win that reward.
• “Export to CSV” button: export the winner list to a CSV file.
• “Send Email” button: open a popup that lets you send an email to that winner’s email (Note: this button will be enabled when the winner has the email address and you have checked the right checkbox to select him).
