How to change my credit card information?

Currently, our system doesn’t support updating credit card information after subscribing.

But, you can follow the steps below to do it:

  1. Go to Studio website:
  2. Select the avatar on top right of the screen, and select “Subscription Settings”.
  1. In the Subscription Settings page, it will show your current subscribed plan and other upgradable plans, select the “Cancel” button below your current subscribed plan to cancel the subscription.
  1. Once cancelled, in the next subscription time, your plan will not be automatically extended and expired, then you can start to subscribe to a new plan with a new credit card.

Note: When your plan is expired, your non-ad campaign will be stopped also. If you want to keep it running continuously while you subscribe to a new plan, please contact us at
