How to change my credit card information?
Currently, our system doesn’t support updating credit card information after subscribing.
But, you can follow the steps below to do it:
- Go to Studio website: https://studio.brandedminigames.com/.
- Select the avatar on top right of the screen, and select “Subscription Settings”.
- In the Subscription Settings page, it will show your current subscribed plan and other upgradable plans, select the “Cancel” button below your current subscribed plan to cancel the subscription.
- Once cancelled, in the next subscription time, your plan will not be automatically extended and expired, then you can start to subscribe to a new plan with a new credit card.
Note: When your plan is expired, your non-ad campaign will be stopped also. If you want to keep it running continuously while you subscribe to a new plan, please contact us at support@brandedminigames.com.
