How to cancel my subscription plan?

You can cancel your Subscription Plan by following the steps below:

1. Go to Studio website: https://studio.brandedminigames.com/.
2. Select the avatar on top right of the screen, and select “Subscription Settings”.

3. The Subscription Plan which you have subscribed currently, will have a “Cancel” button, and click it to continue.

4. Please carefully read the note, input the reason, and select “Cancel Subscription” button.

5. Once done, your Subscription Plan will be cancelled, and will not automatically renew in next payment time.

Note:

This process will only cancel the automated subscription next time.

The current subscription, which you have made the payment, will still remain until it reaches the expiry date.

So we will not refund the current subscription payment.

And when the current subscription expires, all the active Non Ad campaigns will be closed.
