How to add rewards for the campaign with “Instant Win” prize award method?

“Instant Win” prize award method means the users will know their result right away after finishing playing the game.

So for the “Instant Win” campaign, you will need to set the rewards for your campaign in advance.

You can add the rewards to the campaign by following the steps below:

1. Go to BMG Studio website and log in with your account.

Note: if you don’t have an account yet, please check this article.

2. On the top menu bar, select the “Dashboard” button to go to the campaign dashboard.

3. Find the campaign which you want to add the rewards to and select it.

Note: if you don’t have any campaign yet, please check this article to create a new campaign first.

And, please remember to select “Instant Win” as the prize reward method while you create it.

4. In the Game Settings page of the campaign, select “Instant Win Rewards” item on the left menu.

5. In the “Instant Win Rewards” page, then select the “Add New Reward” button.

6. “Add new reward” pop-up will be shown to let you set up the reward’s properties as below:

  • Reward Image: the image of the reward, it will be shown as the reward in the spin wheel of the game and in the results page.
  • Reward Item: name of the reward, it will be displayed in the results page.
  • Minimum Play: the minimum plays in which a user needs before the Winning Rate is applied, before reaching this minimum plays, there’s no chance to win the reward.
  • Amount: the amount of the reward, if the number of users who win the reward equal to the “amount” value, there’s no chance to win it anymore.
  • Winning Rate (%): the winning rate of the reward. When there are many rewards, the server will determine the winning reward following the “less winning rate first” sequence.
    • E.g. if you have added 3 rewards as below:
      •  reward A has winning rate 20%
      •  reward B has winning rate 10%
      • reward C has winning rate 30%
      • Server will check whether user win the reward B (10%)
      • If yes, then user win reward B
      • If no, then the server will check whether user win the reward A (20%)
      • If yes, then user win reward A
      • If no, then the server will check whether user win the reward C (30%)
      • If yes, then user win reward C
      • If no, then user won’t win any reward
  • Multiple Win this reward: control if users can win a specific reward again or only can win it one time when they play again.
  • Using it as default reward: when this toggle is ON, the winning rate of the reward is 100%, which means if a user doesn’t win any other reward, he will always win this reward.

7. After adding and settings the required information, select the “Update” button to add the reward to the campaign.

Once added, a new reward will be added and shown in the list.

8. Repeat step 6-7 to add all the required rewards for the campaign.

Note: each game template may have a different minimum and maximum reward amount required.

E.g. Spin To Win game requires minimum 6 rewards and maximum 12 rewards.

9. After adding all the rewards, you can select the “Preview” button on top to preview how the rewards show in the game.

E.g. Spin To Win game with above rewards will show as below:

10. When everything is ok, you can choose the “Publish” button to publish the campaign.

Or if the campaign has been published, after updating, please do select the “Save Changes” button on the top right to apply your changes to the campaign.
